- Two Nexus Vail rigid peak galvanized steel greenhouse frames. One greenhouse is covered with 2″ thick insulated Metl-Span panels and used for headhouse, potting room, bathrooms and family gym. The second greenhouse is multi-level following the natural slope of the site. It is glazed with 16 mm clear twinwall acrylic panels on all surfaces. It features a slope, flat, slope motorized shade system, Kool-cel evaporative pad system and Acme slant wall exhaust fans. Note heavy duty commercial walk door. Greenhouse features concrete floor and concrete stemwalls that stair-step down the sloping side.
- View of over 20′ tall west sidewall. Whole greenhouse glazed with 16 mm twinwall clear acrylic panels mounted in gasketed aluminum extensions. Note rollup shade for west wall that can be deployed to help filter and shade west sunlight. Guillotine vent on south endwall to provide air inlet to Koolcel pad system, back greenhouse glazed with 2″ thick insulated Metl-Span panels.
- Interior loft for family lounging and entertaining. Stairs down to lower greenhouse which will be full of plants. Note Modine unit heater for heat, HAF fans for air circulation, Acme slant wall exhaust fans to pull air through the pad vent and Kool-cel pads at opposite end. Aspirated sensor to work with Link 4 computer controls, aluminum entry door for greenhouse access.
